What happens between the port and your dock

Clearance

Consignments are cleared through Philippine inspection with origin and health documentation intact before anything moves.

Cold storage

Product is placed directly into accredited cold storage at the receiving hub and held frozen, never thawed for handling.

Delivery

Orders are picked at the hub nearest your outlets and delivered on an agreed schedule, so your own freezer plan stays predictable.
